1. This policy applies to all products sold, including crystal bracelets, necklaces, pendants, decorative items, and raw crystals.
2. Natural crystals feature unique natural patterns, inclusions, frost-like cracks, and color variations. Such minor natural variations do not constitute product defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or compensation.
3. Please contact us before requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be refunded.
Return and Refund Time Limits
1. Damaged, Incorrectly Shipped, or Missing Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number, photos of the package, and clear evidence of the product issue. We will not process any after-sales requests after this time limit has passed.
2. Returns for Personal Reasons: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Circumstances Eligible for Returns and Refunds
Upon verification, the following situations qualify for a return, full refund, or free reshipment:
1. The product was severely damaged, broken, or missing accessories during shipping and cannot be used normally.
2. You received the wrong item or a missing part that does not match your order.
3. Manufacturing defects (excluding natural color variations in natural crystals).
Return Policy for Personal Reasons
1. The 30-day return policy for personal reasons applies only to products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and retain their original packaging and all accessories.
2. Return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees resulting from returns for personal reasons are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned item shows signs of wear, stains, human-caused damage, or missing packaging.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances:
1. Natural characteristics of crystals, including natural inclusions, ice cracks, and minor variations in color and size.
2. Damage caused by wear and tear, impact, immersion, modification, or disassembly.
3. Custom, engraved, and personalized crystal products.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Orders may be canceled in full and refunded before shipment.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Buyers must request a return after receiving the package.
3. Overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification.
Refund Processing Procedure and Timeline
1. All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method.
2. Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the bank and payment platform. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks.
Exchange and Replacement Policy
1. For damaged, incorrectly shipped, or defective items, buyers may choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
2. Free exchanges are not available for returns due to personal reasons.
