We want every LONCRY customer to shop with confidence. This policy applies to natural crystal jewelry, crystal decorative items, and other products sold through our store.
Natural crystals may contain unique patterns, inclusions, internal fractures, color variations, and slight differences in size or appearance. These natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange by themselves.
Prior to returning an item, please email langjing@loncry.com to await return authorization and instructions. Kindly include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos where applicable. We typically respond within 24 hours and will provide you with the return shipping address.
Unauthorized return submissions may be delayed or rejected.
Do not send back your return before contacting us and receiving confirmation. The return‑to phone number will be provided privately upon carrier request and will not be published on this website.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the package. After verification, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund. When a physical return is required for a verified store error or product defect, LONCRY will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
For returns requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
