We currently ship primarily to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and shipping costs. Orders ship from China, with delivery usually taking 5–15 business days after dispatch.

For the United States, Canada, and Mexico, standard shipping is USD 6. Free shipping on orders of USD 69 or more. Free shipping also applies to orders containing 2 or more eligible Red Cord pieces. Buy 2, Get 1 Free requires 3 eligible Red Cord pieces and applies automatically. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and shipping costs. Final charges are shown at checkout.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including custom-sized crystal and cinnabar bracelets. Email langjing@loncry.com before returning an item to receive instructions. We usually reply within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours.

Yes. Send us clear photos and your order number so we can assess the piece and recommend the best repair option.

Measure your actual wrist circumference snugly with a soft tape and select the matching wrist-size range. Do not add extra centimetres: these options describe the wrist the bracelet fits, not its finished inner circumference.

Choose the larger size for comfort, especially when the bracelet includes larger stones or statement beads.
