Shipping Destinations

We currently ship primarily to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For other destinations, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs USD 6 per order to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Free shipping on orders of USD 69 or more. Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and checked before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time & Customs Duties

Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. This delivery estimate is separate from the order processing time.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and customs clearance. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country or region.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

If an address correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email langjing@loncry.com with your order number and any available tracking details.

We will help investigate the delivery status with the carrier.
