Our Beginning
LONCRY began with a birthday gift from a friend: a crystal bracelet and a wish for steady progress during a difficult season.
The bracelet did not solve the challenges its wearer faced. Over time, it became a reminder of a friend’s care and encouragement. That experience inspired LONCRY: to pass on the same thoughtfulness through pieces that people would enjoy wearing, keeping, and giving.

Our Name and Approach
Inspired by the Chinese name 朗晶 (Láng Jīng), meaning “clear crystal,” LONCRY focuses on natural textures, balanced color, and careful craftsmanship.
We look for pieces whose materials and details work together: the color of a bead, the texture of a cord, or a small accent that gives a design its character. Our approach brings these details into accessories that fit naturally into everyday life.

Shipping and Customer Care
Orders are prepared and dispatched from China. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Standard shipping costs USD 6, with free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD 69 or more. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
