30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email lcp153@icloud.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting times depend on your payment provider.
