• Measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape placed snugly just above the wrist bone. If using string, mark the meeting point and measure it against a ruler.
• Use your actual wrist circumference and choose the matching range above. Do not add extra centimetres. The range is the wrist the bracelet fits, not the finished inner circumference.
• If your measurement sits between two available ranges, choose the larger option for a more relaxed fit. Choose the closest matching range if you prefer the bracelet to sit nearer the wrist.
• Bead diameter and style are listed in the variant selector. Larger beads create a more substantial look and may feel slightly closer on the wrist.
• Each bracelet is assembled by hand, so small differences in finished circumference and bead placement are normal.

• Keep the bracelet dry. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, washing hands, exercising or sleeping.
• Avoid perfume, lotion, sunscreen, hand sanitiser, household cleaners and other chemicals, which may affect the surface and metal details.
• After wear, gently wipe every bead and fitting with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical, steam or ultrasonic jewellery cleaners.
• Protect the piece from drops, hard knocks and repeated overstretching. Roll the bracelet over your hand rather than pulling it open forcefully.
• Store it separately in the supplied pouch or box, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, to help prevent scratches and colour changes.

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-sized crystal and cinnabar bracelets are also eligible. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging.
